I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I got to say the customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean regularly. Pricing is fair and they serve large portions.
We held our intimate family wedding lunch at Bindia in the private room and it was lovely! Love the private space and location, lovely to be right beside the St. Lawrence market (where we took some of our wedding photos). The food was delicious and the service excellent. I would recommend them as an event space any time.
Butter chicken is delicious with garlic naan! However I find it is overpriced compared to other Indian restaurants.
I was looking for some nice Indian restaurants in downtown Toronto and came across this place. I went for a weekday dinner. There is no need for the reservations on weekdays as only a couple of tables were occupied. Lets talk about the ambience and service first. The ambience is pretty amazing and very soothing to the eyes. I was quite surprised to see toilets for diabled people. So, its a totally disabled friendly restaurant. The staff was also very nice & very attentive. Now lets talk about the food. We started with Papdi Chaat and Paneer Tikka as appetizers. The Papdi Chaat was amazing. Perfect crunchy papdis with a nice tangy flavor of chaat. Paneer Tikka was also good. In Main course, we ordered their Paneer Tikka Masala and Bhindi Masala with some breads. I felt the portion sizes could have been slightly more. There was nothing amazing about the main course but it was good. Finally finished the meal with some Gajar Halwa. The sweetness was perfect but I felt it can be improved by adding more Khoya or Milk during preparation.Overall, a nice place downtown to have some good Indian food.
This is a nice bistro restaurant in downtown near Lawrence Market .Decor is elegant it's very modern looking bistro. Service is pretty good. Very professional staff.Food is decent but sometimes it's a bit blend. But overall it's a great experience.
