Detailz Couture Event Rentals

My experience with Detailz was 10/10! Shari was amazing and so helpful. The deliveries came on time and their furniture is stunning. I called around to a lot of rental companies and Detailz was the best prices for the highest quality furniture. They were also the most attentive and responsive customer service so I wanted to go with them, they also had the lowest delivery fees which was great. I did not have good experiences while calling around for quotes from other companies - people were cold and stand off-ish. Shari was so nice and went out of her way to help me figure out the right amount of furniture I needed and which pieces to take. I highly recommend Detailz!!!

Terrible customer service. Very stuck up. Does not care whether you book or not. Short answers, provides very little information.
