It was an absolute pleasure to work with Zerlene and her team from Impresario Events. Zerlene was our day-of/month-of coordinator and was one of the best vendors we had for our big day. Zerlene was recommended by a friend and from the very beginning, she was very prompt to answer any questions or concerns via email, text messages and phone calls. She was professional, reliable and very organized which made our communication incredibly easy. Her experience in the industry definitely shows. She connected with all of our vendors the week of the wedding and made sure all the final details were taken care of. On the day of the wedding, she and her team handled everything, including labeling our honey jar wedding favours before the start of our ceremony (there was a delay with the arrival of our labels)! Zerlene and her team made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible and this truly helped us enjoy our special day rather than stressing about anything that came up. She and her staff knew what to do or what to say if things were slightly delayed or when I was worried when my bridesmaids couldn’t figure out the bustle on my dress. They did a fantastic job facilitating everything and I am so grateful for their help. I HIGHLY recommend Zerlene and her team to anyone who is looking for an efficient and effective coordinator.

If you’re planning a wedding in the GTA we would definitely recommend using her to help you. Our wedding was a dream come true! Our vision was realized, Our day was perfect and there is no way we would have achieved that without Zerlene.
We picked a venue...and that’s it. After that we realized we were in over our head, found Zerlene and got our entire wedding planning on track. Neither myself nor my wife are designers and trying to look after the small details is far more work than we had anticipated. Zerlene sourced everything we needed including the people who were perfect for us and our style including the decorator, officiant, Deejay, photographer, videographer as well as a place to make our custom dance floor and step and repeat photo wall, where to get all of our signage printed and more.
You can feel that she is personally invested in the day and all of the preparation that comes with planning it. I actually felt like we were her only client over the course of the experience. Her assistance is invaluable. Hiring her is money very, very well spent and allocated as part of your wedding budget! 100/100!!

I had the pleasure of working with Impressario Events for my wedding and the experience was absolutely amazing! Among all our vendors, Zerlene was one of the easiest to work with. She helped us plan a detailed itinerary for the day and was always so patient with us. Especially in the week leading up to our wedding where I emailed her several times a day with new requests or changes to what we had finalized. She is so attentive to every single detail and kept the entire day moving effortlessly, from start to finish. When our ceremony finished a half hour early, she coordinated with the venue to open up the bar earlier so we didn’t have guests sitting around. I believe a wedding planner is absolutely necessary in making any wedding successful and I’m glad to have Zerlene, Zoya and Natasha on the team along with other vendors. Zerlene helped me with pre-wedding details the month of and there were a lot of things in her documents that I wouldn’t have even thought of. The attention to detail is impeccable and she was flexible with any changes I recommended. On the day of, Zoya was great with keeping me on schedule. As with any wedding, our schedule was tight and I appreciated the fact that she did not try to rush me. She simply asked how much longer I would take, and that helped me to be mindful of the time myself. The schedule went off smoothly without any hiccups and I did not feel stressed out during the ceremony/reception. Would highly recommend impresario!
