We had our wedding here in November. From the beginning, Amy was amazing. She greeted us with such a warm welcome and helped answer all my NUMEROUS questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way, she even knew how nervous I was and gave me a sneak peak of what my hall looked like the day before the wedding to help ease my mind. Not once was I unhappy or had any complaints. Amazing venue and amazing time.
The anti pasta was very good. The pasta for the main was not hot. Our steak was ice cold and over cooked, like shoe leather and the vegies, rock hard and cold. When I was walking to the ladies room, I noticed, every table of 10, 6 plates had the stake sitting untouched. Worst meal ever. For a Christmas work party, it was a real let down.
We had our wedding here back in September, and were so happy with our choice. This venue is both elegant and versatile, and Amy and the rest of the staff were so great to work with and so accommodating to our needs. I think my biggest regret is that the lights were on too bright for most of the night, but honestly it didn't make the night any less amazing, it's just something to watch out for in the future.
The banquet hall is very spacious and beautiful. My favorite part of the place is the foyer. Which is important in every banquet hall. It has a comfy white couch and a giant piano.
I cannot begin to describe how unprofessional this venue is. My family and I went there for a wedding, which soon turned to a nightmare for the bride and groom. The venue did not serve the main course. The parts that did come out were only to the head table, to hide the fact that the rest of the guests would not be served the main meal. There was a claim that it was due to a large kitchen fire, however there was no appearance of a fire truck, or any other emergency medical services. To top off the night there was absolutely no communication to the bride or groom regarding the circumstances which ensued. They continued to bring out disheveled dishes to the remaining tables, and in turn dinner was not done until 10:30. At that point in the night the guests had become so agitated and annoyed that the vast majority of them left. The whole night was ruined due to the lack of communication over dinner. No one danced, and it was very apparent that the whole mood of the wedding was negative. Everything beyond dinner seemed to be a waste, it was sad to see all of the extra money and effort which went into providing guests with a midnight meal, deserts etc go to vain. After all what is the point in having a midnight meal when there are no guests left. It was very evident there was no longer a celebration. My heart goes out to the family for the absolute disregarded shown towards them on what should have been a memorable day. This venues behaviour is absolutely deplorable.
