Great environment, and friendly staff but it's positively draconian in terms of payment terms, financial policies, renewal schedules, and fees.
Friendly staff and nice common spaces, but the private offices are noisy and theres no sound barrier between them. Ended up moving to a different office space after 7 months as the noise was unbearable.
Great and beautiful view of the city from the patio. The space was very large and coordinating with the Spaces team was seamless and easy!
If you are using their speakers for your event, I recommend checking if the sound system works ahead of time.
I hosted a mentoring event for Canadian entrepreneurs in the Toronto Queen West location; the space was perfect and allowed for the right amount of activity to happen throughout the day. The staff are extremely helpful and made things easy for us. Would highly recommend using them for your event!
I recently held a daytime social event here. Booking was a breeze and the staff was very accommodating. Furniture is included which saves on rental cost. Lots of natural light and a rooftop with a great view of the city skyline. Appreciate the elevator from loft to rooftop with wheelchair access. Highly recommend. Also interested in booking co-working space in the future.
