I stayed here for a week for work. It was lovely. The only downside was some hotel partying going on Thursday. Save it for the weekend, some people work. With that, 4.5 stars would be ideal, but I'll give it 5 as the staff was really nice.
Was very excited to visit the rooftop bar at The Broadview Hotel for my friend's birthday however I had a very disappointing experience. Despite the beautiful design, their beer taps were not working properly and 5/8 beers on the menu were not available. We were stuck paying $9 for Ace Hill on draught.Would love to come back and have the true Broadview Hotel experience because I'm not quite convinced that's it's living up to its reputation.
Such an amazing stay, my boyfriend and I can't stop raving it. The service in general was wonderful. The man at the front desk was super gracious (really wish I asked for his name) and offered me a drink at the bar while I waited for my room to be ready. I love the subtle touches and small details, like the tea brought to your room for turn down service. The beds were super comfy and I must say the fries are highly addictive. The room also comes fully stocked with a mini fridge and a tray of delicious goodies. Will for sure be coming back!
The beds were comfy and the rooms quite nice! However there was very little room on either side of our king size bed to get in and out, I did scrape my ankle on the frame trying. Also, it's an old building and sound travels. Got to listen to the dance music upstairs till 2 am.
We had reservations for two and it was our first fancy date. The host recognized the situation right away and sat us at a great location. The atmosphere was great. The food was terrific and the server gave us free extra wine. Instead of giving us the desert menu, he instead gave us 3 deserts available on the menu and didn't charge! Wing man extraordinaire!
