Markham Convention Centre

"A good place for a conference. Did not enjoy the extra chairs they put in to accomodate numbers as they were just black, plastic folding chairs that were narrow and hard. Also, the air conditioning was either not on at all, or not strong enough to handle the number of people in the room. Everyone was hot! The regular chairs were good, just wish I had one the second day. The washrooms were very nice but not huge, and the foyer was large and airy; great for the vendors set up there. >^..^" (more)

Metro Toronto Convention Centre

"Huge convention Center in downtown Toronto. Note that they have two buildings, a North building and a south building. The place is massive and some what challenging to navigate if it's your first time. So make sure if you are arriving for a convention, you give yourself enough time to figure out where you are going. You can access the mtcc right from a walking platform coming off of Union station. No need to go outside, especially great in the winter time!" (more)
