A vintage event space located in the heart of Toronto’s financial district, we are minutes away from the King subway station and Union subway and Go station. We are nestled in the historic Commerce Court building at the intersection of Bay and Wellington. 

Our 2,000 square foot, open concept space features natural light, large windows, and tables & chairs with a mix of configurable lounge style soft seating or theatre style seating (100 people). In addition, the space comes fully equipped with state of the art A/V and on site staff. We offer a commercial kitchen & provide premium catering. Washrooms are on site as well. Smaller boardrooms are available to rent.

Adrian and the entire team at the Commerce Court location have been wonderful to deal with and responsive to our needs. My company has been using Workaus Shared Offices services since July 2017 and when this location opened up we were happy to move there to be closer to our Enterprise customers. During COVID Adrian extended rent discounts to support our Business Continuity plans which I felt was generous and reflected Workhaus desire to invest in a long term business relationship. Workhaus Commerce Court is a fantastic place to work out of. Great staff, great networking with entrepreneurs and workers. It is connected to the path, has a friendly, warm vibe and lots of spacious boardroom space. Socializing is fun here and their events are great, as well as a nice way to end the day or week after a long day spent hustling for business! It is great coming into work everyday. Being around supportive management and fantastic people is certainly boosting my productivity.
